Meet your wedding florist.

I’m Paula Aladjem, a wedding florist based in Geneva,Switzerland - originally from Hong Kong.

My path into floristry began after years of working as a pet groomer, when a deeper connection with nature slowly drew me toward flowers. Four years ago I trained at McQueens in London, and since then I have worked full-time creating floral designs for weddings.

I specialise in intimate celebrations — thoughtfully designed florals that feel soft, refined and personal. Working independently allows me to stay closely involved in every detail, from the first conversation to the final arrangement.

I mainly work across Europe, and I’m also happy to travel further when the project feels right. Alongside wedding work, I create small handmade pieces such as floating flowers and soaps, which can be added as delicate favours.
